Nate and Chris have decided that it's about time we got in shape. 2009 was a rough year for many business owners... and we spent more time working than we would have liked... the result - not pretty. So, the good people at Fitness Together designed a 12 week Challenge. Who will make the most progress Nate or Chris??? Wanna Join Us? Click Here to Join us in the Challenge!

We changed servers this weekend and it looks like we transferred the forum database that was about a week old... sorry to all those who voted and commented... Please check back soon and vote again -
I'll be posting my first weeks progress report on Wednesday. 9 days Nicotine Free for Me!!! I'm stoked about that along with eating better - I already have significant more energy and my anxiety is running about half as intense as before. Hooray! Nate.

Well - I made it through 6 weeks! It's been TOUGH, but I'm feeling great. Still haven't smoked a cigarette since I started with my trainers! So, I think my progress is moving pretty quick. Back when I first started I could barely do 10 pushups and just last Thursday I did over 100 pushups in one session!
Good 'ol Lisa put me through the accumulator which has to be the most miserable thing I've ever done in my life! Basically it's ten sets, and you add a new excercise with each set... It started with 10 pushups for the first set, then 10 pushups and 10 sumo squats, then ten pushups ten sumo squats, 10 bench dips, etc... UGH.
She just kept adding: mountain climbers, 15 lb shoulders, 30 second plank, 10 burpees, 20 hammer curls, 20 lunges, and 1 minute bicycle crunches. I did the whole routine in about 34 minutes - then laid there in my own puddle of sweat until she pulled out the wet vac to clean the floors! EVERTHING was numb!
My diet is better than is was, I'm drinking less beer than I was, I'm WAY stronger than I was, all is well.
I'm halfway through and feel great! There is no way I could have done this on my own! Thanks Fitness Together - I think you've changed my health for the rest of my life - THANKS! Oh and Chris, if you're reading this - I want to hear how long it takes you to get through the ACCUMULATOR! I told Lisa somebody better put you through that hell! Can ya beat 34 minutes!!!
